We provide interim directors/managers for all levels and specialties within the laboratory, including General Laboratory, Transfusion Services, Microbiology, Molecular, Histology, Cytology, and Support Areas, such as Pre-analytical, IT, Phlebotomy, and Outreach.   Our interim managers are assigned based upon the specific needs of the organization so that there is a good “fit”.    We offer flexible terms for number of days and duration of each interim engagement.   We also offer mentorship programs to help new laboratory managers.
