With the increase in number of integrated networks, there are opportunities for laboratory consolidation.   Our feasibility studies consider unique environments that may impact success of an integrated laboratory program, including service expectations, test menu maps, technology platforms, information technology and logistics.  We use a consolidation modeling tool to allow our clients to examine “what if” scenarios that impact operations, staffing, and infrastructure.  We address potential pitfalls that can hinder success and help reduce risk.  We frequently assist or facilitate consolidation implementation.
